The only billet gas caps in the world for the fantastic Montesa 4RT are now avaliable direct from H&D Racing. These have been in development for 3 years and we have finally got everything right for a product that needs to be as excellent in quality and good looks as the machine that it is designed to fit and we are very proud to be the 1st to have these out for Montesa owners to fit to their machines.
Machined out of aerospace spec billet alluminium and then anodised in either gold/red or black and then laser etched & machined to give the awesome finished product that you see here, we have made these with a special breather to enable to fitting of our excellent billet vent caps as well as the standard rubber.Our caps are supplied with genuine seals kits also, simply open the pack, remove the old plastic top and fit, bingo!

Never have to fit a set of needle rollers again in your dogbone! We have machined these out to take a series of sealed bearings with 2 collars and 2 extra seals on each end so that you should never have to be servicing your linkage twice a year again. It is virtually impossible to be over run by water like the needle rollers bearings can do, when the water forces & drives out the grease on the standard needle roller.This in turn then leads to that 'slap' in the back end. Just price up a full service for the dogbone for twice a year and then see what a bargain these really are!
This unit comes fully assembled with bearings etc all in place. All you need to do is remove your old and worn dogbone and replace it with this, job done.No bearings to press out or greasing, we have done it all for you simply plug and play!
Here we have produced a heavy duty sumpguard to fit a 1985 Fantic 300. It is basically a thicker gauge (6mm Dural) replica of the standard guard but thicker and stronger than standard and also most guards of this age are well past there sell-by date! These are made out of the same material as our 4rt guards.

Excellent 5" travel cross country full suspension mtb. It is the fuel ex8 which is 2nd from top of the range and this bike has hardly been used. It is older than it's usage and i think is just nearly 2 years old ( it was bought brand new at the end of that season in a xmas offer for £1500) but we know that it has not moved a muscle in the last year as the pilot discovered engines!! This bike also has a 'on the fly' Rock Shox full lock out system on the bars so that for climbing you can just throw the lever and lock out for near rigid ascending which is a great feature as a lot of full sussers are terrible at going up, but this takes it in it's stride with it's rock shox rear shock & Reba front forks.
Ever part of the suspension is pristine, there is not a sigh of play in any of the linkage and the forks and shox are perfect.Again because it has not had any work, we think bought more for full bounce show that actual riding!!

A custom painted 16" jump or trials frame. The owner of this bought & built this up to practice his trials skills and also use for jumping at his local dirt track. He has lost all his bottle and so the bike is up for sale as i am too old !!! ;~)
